Salary Details:
Grade 6 £17,790 to £18,849 FTE 69.06% (annual salary £12,286 to £13,017 pro rota)

Key Base will be at Castle Rock School - with the flexibility to work in other schools within the MAT as required.     
    
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspirational candidate to join our Learning Support Team
  
We are looking for someone to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher and SENDCo to support students with Special Educational Needs. In the first instance, part of the role will include one to one work supporting a student from specialist provision to Main stream education.
   
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of Learning Support Assistants in the school environment. They will be able to effectively use different strategies to support a broad spectrum of SEND needs, whilst supporting the class in terms of behaviour and promoting an environment for learning that supports the progress of students.

• Have a passion for motivating students to improve outcomes.

• Be reflective and have a desire to work effectively in partnership with students.
