The person appointed will require a good standard of general education, normally evidenced by 3 or more GCSE’s (including English and Maths) at Grade C or above, or equivalent. Previous experience of working with children in an educational setting is preferable, as is some vocational training/qualification in the care, development or education of children. However, training will be provided for the right candidate.
