We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant and Lunch Time Supervisor on a fixed term contract basis, to enable us to support a child, or children, with specific needs. This position is from early 6th January 2020 to 14th July 2020 initially, but will be reviewed. The Learning Support Assistant hours are linked to Educational Health Care Plan/s and subject to funding whilst the child/ren attend our school. The lunch time supervisor hours are a mixture of whole school lunch cover and support for children with specific needs.
Learning Support Assistant Details
Hours of Work: 8:45 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:45 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:15 pm Friday term time only, pro rata
Salary Details: Grade - 5
Primary Role: To support class teachers and SENCo in the teaching and learning of pupils across the primary age range, with particular consideration towards pupils with SEN.
Lunch Time Supervisor Details
Hours of Work: 12:00pm to 1:00 pm Tues & Weds and 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm Friday (term time only, pro rata). Please be aware there may be a need for additional lunch time cover.
Salary Details: Grade - 4
Primary Role: To take responsibility for the health and safety and security of an individual child, or children, during the school lunch break.
