Leicestershire Adult Learning Service is rated as a 'Good' service by Ofsted. Learning Development and Delivery Co-ordinators (LDDC) work across the localities in Leicestershire and are responsible for the development, co-ordination and delivery of learning activities for their respective curriculum programmes. This vacancy is for a LDDC to work in the North Locality of Leicestershire, which includes the area of Loughborough, working under the Employability and Digital Skills curriculum.
The successful applicant will be based at The Moira Centre, Moira Street, Loughborough
• A subject qualification in ICT, Employability or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of professional teaching and learning best practice to support personalised learning
• An understanding of the barriers and needs of different groups of learners
• Experience of implementing quality assurance processes within teaching and learning such as class visits and supporting tutors
• To provide effective line management of direct delivery staff such as tutors
