Salary Range: £32,094- 34,653 
              

To provide a comprehensive Learning & Development service to a range of customers, including internal and external stakeholders and partners, ensuring that the service provided is focused on delivering innovative business solutions.
    
This role is for services to the Children & Families Social Care Sector, and post holders will be required to work across different topic areas and teams within Learning & Development.
    
Main Duties include:

• The advising, diagnosing and assessing of learning needs from senior managers, managers and their teams.
• The design and delivery of bespoke courses for both internal and external customers.
• Taking a lead in the development of our traded services offer to a variety of external customers.
• The adminstration of our Learning Management system and course ownership and responsibility.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with Peoples Services Business Partners, Children & Families Services and the wider team.
