Leicestershire Adult Learning Service invites applicants for the post of Lead Tutor. This is a permanent, part time (0.5 FTE) post working within the Learning for Independence curriculum which encompasses courses in a range of subjects for adults who have a Learning disability and/or difficulty. The successful applicant will support tutors working in both the West and South of the county, promoting excellent teaching and learning.
  
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced adult tutor to work in this vibrant and successful team.
   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Teaching qualification including licence to practice (DTLLS) or evidence of working towards.
• Substantial teaching experience of teaching adults who have a learning disability/and or difficulty.
• Knowledge of professional teaching and learning standards.
