An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 lead tutors, with English as their specialism, to support our Skills for Life (maths and English) delivery.
  
Both are permanent part time posts (18.5 hours per week) with one based in Loughborough and one in Hinckley.
  
You will be working within Leicestershire Adult Learning Service (LALS) as a tutor and take a strategic lead in the development of our Skills for Life Programme.  LALS was rated 'Good' by Ofsted in February 2018.  You will be working with targeted learners, many of whom may require extra support in order to succeed.  You will also be responsible for supporting the continued professional development of our tutors.
  
The successful applicant will be an experienced tutor with excellent communication skills, proven teamwork skills and a commitment to adult learning.
