Do you have a passion for improving outcomes for adults who have mental health conditions or dementia?
About you:
We are looking for a talented individual who can lead the development of Leicestershire County Council's strategy and planning for mental health and dementia, and shape the market relating to these services.
The successful candidate will have a background in a senior or strategic role in social care or health alongside:
- A strong track record of partnership working in a complex multidisciplinary environment
- An understanding of the current health and social care agenda particularly in relation to the provision of mental health and dementia services
- Experience of engaging customers and key stakeholders in planning, commissioning or strategy development
- Well-developed analytical, verbal and written skills including the ability to produce clear and concise reports
- An ability to respond to competing priorities and demanding timescales
