The starting salary is £19,698 (Level One) rising to £20,493 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
  • Ability to manage a large and varied caseload
  • Ability to deal with customer enquiries effectively and sensitively, liaising frequently with teams across the Council and external agencies
  • Ability to write memos and letters in a clear and understandable manner relating to complex legislation
  • Competent in the use of computers including various Microsoft Office packages
  • Good awareness of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a positive and inclusive manner
