Brockington College is a highly successful 11-16 school in Enderby, with 1,250 pupils on roll.   
We require a permanent inclusion administrative assistant to commence as soon as possible, due to the career progression of the current post holder.          
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support within the special educational needs department.
You will be required to work from 9am until 1pm, Monday to Friday during term time, plus an additional five days.
Working Hours:
20 hrs per week term time + 5 days (46.04% FTE)
Salary Details: Grade 6: £8,827 - £9,003 pa (actual salary)

• To arrange meetings at the request of the assistant principal for inclusion/senior leadership team and take minutes of meetings.
• To produce a range of typed documents from a variety of sources involving use of different software packages, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You will have:
• GCSE English and maths at grade A-C (or equivalent).  
• Administrative experience.   
• Effective interpersonal skills and empathy with young people.
• The ability to produce high quality, accurate correspondence, including minutes, reports, letters and emails. 
• The ability to respond flexibly to competing demands to meet peaks and flows of work.
