ESPO are looking for a highly motivated, hard working individual to provide first line problem resolutions and a local service to customers. You will be documenting and installing equipment and software while supporting and developing the use of IT facilities throughout ESPO. You will work as part of a small technical team providing first line support and assisting the technical specialists with upgrades and other projects where required.
• NVQ Level 3 or achieved proficiency in SFIA skills at level 2
• Proven significant IT experience with evidence of operating at a practitioner level (SFIA Level 2) in a large IT environment
• Experience of working with technical and professional staff
• Good analytical/problem solving skills
