Do you love all things digital and IT? Do you have a commercial approach alongside public sector values? We are seeking an ICT Customer Support Manager to join our team in Leicester.
  
Within a budgetary framework and with full accountability this post will take management responsibility for an ICT function where the measure of success depends on achieving business goals, performance targets and agreed service levels as well as on the successful technical implementation or use of information systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and confidence to present to leadership team and senior management.

You will manage the provision of first and second line technical support for ESPO’s ICT infrastructure and corporate and departmental systems. This includes the management of the ICT Service Desk who provide the primary interface with all of ESPO’s ICT customers for dealing with problems, requests and advice. Furthermore your experience should showcase delivering service projects to internal and external stakeholders with the added ability of future planning the business.
     
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree, HND, NVQ4 or other equivalent qualification or equivalent level of experience Basic management training (ILM level 3 or equivalent experience)
• Experience in being a part of Senior Management Team
• System/operation experience on Windows PC’s and Servers
• Experience of loading and configuring software.
• Experience or programming in either .NET or ASP.NET
