Salary Range: £60,846 - £68,919 
With a Multi-Million Pound Capital Improvement Programme and exciting Local, Regional and National initiatives, this is a great time to be part of the Highways and Transport Service in Leicestershire. As a result of our sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced, innovative Manager to lead our Network Management function. This covers our Infrastructure Planning, Notice Processing, Traffic Management and Signals and Highways Development Management Teams. You'll be passionate about developing services and teams to achieve high quality, customer focused outcomes for Leicestershire. You'll also be able to identify and implement commercial opportunities as well as building and maintaining productive, influential partnerships and relationships. If you are as ambitious as we are, we would like to hear from you.


* Relevant degree to carry out duties and responsibilities of the post.
* Demonstrable and fully evidenced experience developing, managing and delivering an effective service through a period of significant change, relevant to the above qualification level. 
* Devising, developing and implementing a service which meets the strategic outcomes of the organisation.
* Developing frameworks for performance management, business, service and workforce planning achieving all specific targets.
* Experience of managing budgets.
* Being able to build and develop robust relationships with a wide range of partners.
* Driving continuous improvement.
