Salary Range £26,848 - £30,157 (pro-rata)
 
The main duties associated with this role are:
To support the Sufficiency and Business Support Manager in ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of processes and policies relating to FEEE.
To lead on project work as directed by the Leadership Team.
To support the department in handling queries and complaints and seek to reolve them before escalating to managers.
To write communications to providers informing them of national and local updates including information pertaining to FEEE.
To support the administration process for early education places for 2,3 and 4 year olds.
To coordinate, advise and implement statutory FEEE guidance for the service and department and liaise with Business Managers to ensure operational delivery.
 
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 4 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of good written and spoken English, including grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Experience of project management.
- Experience of interpreting statutory guidance into operational guidance.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and keep to deadlines.
