To provide admin support to First Contact Plus staff and management team, including a range of customers, internal/external stakeholders and partners. To support with the efficient allocation of all inbound referrals across the service. To facilitate onward referrals for a number of key pathways. Supporting partners with system access queries.
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Working towards an NVQ 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • ICT qualification e.g. ECDL
  • Previous administration experience at a similar level
  • Use of ICT applications relevant to the post, i'e Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Publisher
  • Evidence of maintaining manual and electronic administrative systems
  • Literacy/numeracy skills appropriate to the job
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Ability to produce accurate, high quality work
  • An understanding of and commitment to Equal Opportunities, and the ability to apply this to all situations
  • Must be able to perform all duties and tasks with reasonable adjustment, where appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of the Equality Act 2010
