This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the expanding First Contact Plus Service based with Public Health
           
The main duties include supporting Leicestershire residents ,over the telephone, to access information, advice, signposting or make necessary referrals to a wide range of agencies. You will be managing a busy referral caseload. In addition the postholder will be responsible for acting as a pathway expert for a number of the agencies concerned
           
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
• NVQ2 in Business Administration and/or relevant experience in customer facing environment
• Experience of liaising with customers using a variety of methods
• Demonstrating excellent customer care
• Experience accurately capturing, storing and retrieving information
• Excellent communication skills
• Well developed listening skills taking in a broad range of information
• Computer literate - MS Office and CRM systems
• Able to deal skilfully with difficult customers
• Tactful and diplomatic
• Work well as part of a team
