The successful candidate will be working with Accounts Payable Team within Finance on a fixed Term contract to cover Maternity Leave for a period of 12 months.
  
We are looking for someone with the ability of working as part of a team as well as working mainly on their own initiative and able to work under pressure.
  
The main purpose of the job will be raising Supplier Rebate invoices for ESPO, dealing with entering data on excel and the ability to enter and amend accounts details on Sales Ledger in the Aurora S21.
  
Maintain a filing system of all correspondence received from Procurement Teams or Suppliers and provide a copy of the information if required.
Create and maintain a weekly Rebate Report.
  
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in both Maths and English Grade C or above.
• Working on their own initiative and able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to perform all duties and tasks of the job description within reasonable adjustments.
