The starting salary is £25,295 (Level One) rising to £26,999 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

Nottingham City Council is seeking to recruit to the position of FM Team Leader to joing an existiing team within the Cleaning Services Department.  The FM Team Leaders will form the first line of management for approximately 400 frontline cleaning staff across 150 sites in and around the city of Nottingham.

The role will require flexibility in hours of work and the ability to regularly travel between sites.  Access to company vehicles will be provided and we are committed to supporting colleagues to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of managing frontline staff and delivering services to clients.  They will have the skills and aptitudes to build strong relationships with clients and be able to identify, understand and deliver against client requirements.

The position will require a high level of technical competence in cleaning services and in financial management.
