Responsibilities:
- to liase with external and internal customers and be responsible for high customer service standards.
- maintain all booking systems.
- proactive in upselling new products.
- to respond to all approprioate customer correspondence to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and increased income generation oppourtunities are indentified and acted upon.
- ensure all booking records are up to date.
- to manage the booking process to ensure optimal bookings can be achieved.
- support the events programme team and assistance in planning the operational delivery is in place.
- deputise and provide operational cover as approproate.
