Starting salary £32,233 (Level One) rising to £34,106 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

As a specialist Consultant, you will work cross the Council advising, supporting and implementing initiatives that make a difference to the way we deliver services and support our cultural change programmes.    
Applicants should ensure that their personal statements clearly outline how their current skills, knowledge and experience meet the essential criteria listed below. Please also state the working arrangements you'd like us to consider, as we have a range of hours available in permanent and fixed-term posts.    
• You will be CIPD qualified or have relevant HR/OD experience
• You will have comprehensive understanding of the legislative requirements relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Employability including apprenticeships.
• You will have a good understanding and some experience of delivering one or more HR/OD disciplines
• You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with colleagues at all levels, using a coaching approach
• You will have the ability to research and systematically analyse and interpret complex information
• You will have the ability to challenge others to contribute to effective decision making
• You will be able to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
