Starting salary £32,233 (Level One) rising to £34,106 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

As a specialist Consultant, you will work cross the Council advising, supporting and implementing initiatives that make a difference to the way we deliver services and support our cultural change programmes.

Please also state the working arrangements you'd like us to consider, as we have a range of hours available in permanent and fixed-term posts.    
   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• You will be CIPD qualified or have relevant HR/OD experience
• You will have comprehensive understanding of the legislative requirements relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Employability including apprenticeships.
• You will have a good understanding and some experience of delivering one or more HR/OD disciplines
• You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with colleagues at all levels, using a coaching approach
• You will have the ability to research and systematically analyse and interpret complex information
• You will have the ability to challenge others to contribute to effective decision making
• You will be able to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
