Salary Range: £40,701 - £44,964
We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to provide programme assurance for our Multi-Million pound Capital Development Programme. In this varied and interesting role you will work closely with our Project Managers to ensure we have the governance and accountability you would associate with a programme of this scale. You'll have experience of running large, complex projects and be passionate about sharing your experience and good practice with others as well as being confident in providing assurance to Senior Managers on the performance of the Programme. The Programme goes across a range of Environment, Waste and Highways Projects, making real improvements to services for the residents of Leicestershire, so if you have the enthusiasm and ambition to join us, we would like to hear from you.
• Relevant Degree in analytical subject or other relevant qualification at this level and relevant experience as detailed in the Job Description;
• Significant experience of successfully managing diverse, complex and demanding projects successfully at an appropriate level to the above qualification.
• Negotiating and communicating with a range of stakeholders.
• Effective performance management and reporting skills.
• Motivating staff and colleagues to work together effectively for change.
