Salary Details: Grade 11 - (£30,847 - £33,305pa)
  
To be responsible for the efficient planning and project management of construction or maintenance works to achieve delivery within time and cost targets (Engineer).
       
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Providing professional, commercial advice and support to managers and supervisors as required
• Developing and presenting project reports to peer groups and financial heads of department
• Significant experience of operational project or work programme management and reporting
• Creation of comparison studies based on supplier quotes
• Comprehensive / significant experience in management of highways related projects
  • design development,
  • specification and procurement, and
  • contractual procedures
