The starting salary is £28,785 (Level One) rising to £30,507 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

To manage and coordinate bespoke educational programmes for Care Leavers age 18-25ys. To assess the needs of Young People who are not in Education, Employment or Training (EET) to ensure they get the best support package to progress to employment or education.
                     
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• To work with Personal Advisors, Social Workers, and Futures service to identify appropriate young people in need of bespoke EET programmes.
• To hold regular meetings with internal and external partners employability to ensure the Programme is managed effectively and all partners are accountable.
• To ensure effective assessment of young people needs are undertaken to implement strategies and timetables for Care Leavers engagement in EET.
• To ensure the Employability budget is spent effectively and within the allocated budget.
