With annual audiences of over half a million people, the Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham is the major Arts and Entertainment provider in the East Midlands.
  
This role is integral to the Marketing and Communications team at the Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall. You will work with the team to help position TRCH as the leading arts venue in the East Midlands, deliver effective digital communications to raise awareness of the venue and its products and maintain and improve digital engagement.
  
You will be responsible for co-ordinating content and some digital design work for the venue digital screens. You will assist our two Digital Communications Officers and our Press & PR Manager with website content, email marketing, PR tasks and social media as required. You will have a good understanding of the uses of social and digital media, along with the ability to suggest imaginative ways of using new technology and social media to raise awareness of the TRCH programme of events and other products.
  
 The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with an emphasis on strong grammar and attention to detail that will be essential in this role.  A good understanding of digital media platforms, creative design packages and wider digital trends coupled with strong appreciation of technology and new media across a variety of platforms is necessary. You will also be knowledgeable about online best practices, be able to work to tight deadlines and understand online analytics tools.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: 
• Experience of using creative design packages
• An interest in Arts and Culture
• Good attention to detail
• Experience of co-ordinating regular project work and liaising with a wide range of contacts both internally & externally.
