Development and Change Facilitator 
Permanent The starting salary is £25,991 (level 1) rising to £27,741 (level 2) on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time). The role of Development & Change Facilitator is vital in supporting our ambition for transformation. Sitting within the HR and Organisational Development service, you will work with a range of stakeholders and contribute to projects and initiatives that will support the Councils workforce priorities.

We are seeking a motivated and agile individual with experience of supporting the  procurement, design and delivery of change and development activity in a diverse organisation.

Please provide information on the relevant skills and experience you have that will enable you to meet the following essential criteria.
  1. The ability to communicate and engage with a wide range of people using a variety of means.
  2. Ability to shape and adapt services to address corporate priorities and customer needs in response to feedback
  3. Able to take responsibility for identified areas of work through timely completion of work to a high quality, meeting agreed specifications
  4. Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating training activities and outcomes using a range of styles and methods.
  5. Ability to use IT systems including MS Office, virtual software and other online tools to deliver and monitor and evaluate learning.
  6. Ability to establish monitoring systems for the continuous development of people and services.
