We are seeking to recruit a methodical and organised Data Manager who is able ensure student data is collected, managed, collated and distributed effectively.
The successful candidate will work as a job share with the current Data Manager, working Monday and Wednesday and will have specific responsibility for overseeing student attendance data; collection and distribution of data for student transition and in year moves; completion and submission of the School Workforce Census.
You will have experience of using and maintaining SIMS as well as excellent ICT skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines is also crucial. Previous experience of working within a school environment would also be an advantage.
Ibstock Community College is a unique and friendly 11-14 mixed comprehensive at the heart of the local community, with 550 students on roll. The college was judged to be ‘good’ in our most recent Ofsted inspection (December 2017).
