The customer service's team within ESPO are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within a small call centre team, processing orders, dealing with day to day queries and discrepancies and raising returns and credits. The individual will also work closely with other teams to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.  
• Appropriate Customer Service Course or equivalent NVQ Level 2
• Proven experience in a customer care role or call centre environment
• Able to communicate effectively using telephone, email and verbal communication with tact and diplomacy at all times and deliver excellent customer service
• Competent in I.T skills in MS word and excel
