Our Contact Centre is the first point of reference for customers who telephone or email our Customer Service team. We assist customers across a wide range of council services by providing information, recording their service requests, or by ensuring that they are referred to the right service area. This role will be to handle a variety of enquiries across either our environment and transport team or adult social care team.

You’ll live our values through delivering the standards as set out in our Customer Charter and you’ll be expected to achieve all of the performance standards you’d anticipate working in a busy fast-paced environment. Based at County Hall in Glenfield, the role will be working within the Customer Service Contact Centre. You’ll be joining a department filled with people who love what they do and who really support each other.
  
Working hours are currently between 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-4:30pm on Fridays. There are occasions whereby these may change dependent on business needs so flexibility is essential.
