ESPO are looking to appoint a Customer Relationship Advisor to support in the development and fostering of relationships with new and existing customers to enhance awareness and increase usage of the team’s frameworks
    
You will:
  • Act as the first port of call for all enquiries from customers, suppliers and colleagues on the team’s frameworks
  • Support customers with guidance and advice on using frameworks and benchmarking pricing. Customer visits will be required where appropriate
  • Ensure that customers receive high levels of customer service and their overall experience of ESPO is market leading
  • Support the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to develop, deliver and refine all elements of the team’s customer relationship management plans
  • Represent ESPO at events giving guidance and advice to customers.
    
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience of working in a customer service/sales environment
  • Experience of organising and co-ordinating events or similar activities
  • Experience of working with excel to produce reports, graphs and charts and experience of working with large amounts of data to produce and analysis reports
  • Able to use initiative to shape the role and take responsibility for own work
  • Experience of meeting with customers and/or suppliers in person including giving presentations
