Starting salary is £17,173 rising to £17,681 on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period.

We are looking for a candidate to lead on the Sales and Retention strategies for Nottingham Tennis Centre. You will provide World Class customer service, meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will be responsible for booking appointments and selling memberships, with targets set on a monthly basis as well as planning and completing outreach and lead generation. You will also be responsible for the retention and engagement of our customers, leading on challenges and competitions tailored to suit our customer base and working towards income and attendance targets at the facility.    
  
A key part of the role will be to actively encourage customer enquiries about Fitness memberships and generate leads to convert in to membership sales.    
  
Experience in taking enquiries by phone, email or social media is essential.    
  
You must be able to provide an engaging, goal-orientated tour of the facilities recommending suitable memberships and services, based on a thorough needs analysis.      
  
Must be able to work Early, Evenings and Weekends as part of the role.  
         
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
• Experience of Sales - Being able to sell Health and Fitness membership packages and work towards set targets and KPI's.
• Assertive, motivated, enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work as part of a team.
