A new grade 9 opportunity has arisen within the Business Management Service at Leicestershire County Council.  We are looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Support Officer to support the delivery of services and improvement projects undertaken by the Business Services team on behalf of the Environment and Transport Department.
   
The successful candidate will support the delivery of departmental performance and business planning frameworks and will ensure the set-up, support, delivery and closure of a variety of continuous improvement and assurance projects / activities across the Department.
   
You will have a flexible 'can do' attitude along with excellent communication skills, be able to build stakeholder relationships, poses a strong customer focus, an ability to organise and prioritise ensuring delivery to tight deadlines and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will also have experience in providing technical / administrative support to projects, generating and analysing financial or performance data, or business intelligence.
