Working Age Adults- Learning disability & Autism. This post is based in our Bassett street office, but the successful candidate will be expected to work across the County and beyond.
 
We want to hear from Community Support Workers who are extremely motivated to assist people achieve their vision for a good life through person centered approaches and self directed support. You will need to have experience of working in multi- disciplinary way and have the ability to write reports, whilst keeping the person central to any of your interventions.
