The starting salary is £32,878 (level 1) rising to £34,788 (level 2) on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time)

Reporting to the Community Partnerships and Projects Development Manager, the post holder will work collaboratively with partner organisations to develop and strategic approach to addressing Employment and Skills priorities at a community level. 
 
They will act as the conduit to local communities for the job opportunities generated through the Nottingham Jobs Hub and will work proactively within communities and partners to develop a pipeline of appropriately skilled individuals.
 
They will take lead of the development of interventions to address barriers to employment at a citywide level, ensuring integration into community plans.
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Understanding of local Employment and Skills challenges and appropriate methods of intervention
  • Experience of driving and facilitating delivery partnerships
  • Experience of successfully managing projects and programmes to successful outcome.
