The role of a Civil Enforcement Officer will include reviewing evidence collated by approved camera devices and issuing Penalty Charge Notices where appropriate. You will undertake mobile and foot patrols in the capacity of a Civil Enforcement Officer across the County. Some duties will be requiring you to assist in the control and processing of Penalty Charge Notices.
• Formal training or qualification in enforcement or customer services
• GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role dealing with irate or distressed members of the public
• Experience in the use of Microsoft packages and/or in a wide variety of software packages, including databases
• Full valid UK driving licence and have access to a suitable vehicle
