The role of a Civil Enforcement Officer will be to review evidence collated by approved camera devices and issue Penalty Charge Notices where appropriate. You will undertake mobile and foot patrols in the capacity of a Civil Enforcement Officer across the County. Some duties will be required to assist in the control and processing of Penalty Charge Notices.
• Formal training or qualification in enforcement or customer services
• GCSE English and Mathematics Grace C or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role dealing with irate or distressed members of the public
• Experience in the use of Microsoft packages and/or in a wide variety of software packages, including databases
• Full valid UK driving licence and have access to a suitable vehicle.
