The starting salary is £19,171 (Level One) rising to £19,945 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers)

With your passion for food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers. Working alongside the Catering Lead you'll ensure our menu uses local produce, reflects the seasons, and each dish is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented every time and served with a smile.
You'll love supervising a small team, and with your passion for food and ability to identify new income opportunities, you'll assist the Catering Lead to deliver an excellent experience for all our visitors ensuring the outlet is well presented and tables are cleared efficiently. Through effective supervision and leadership, you will motivate the team of staff and volunteers to work towards a culture of exceptional service and make it a great place to work.
Ensuring the team are competently trained, compliant with relevant legislation and processes including COSHH 7 Food Hygiene, you'll always be looking for ways to minimise waste and control cost and resources.
  • Experience of working in catering, preparing and serving food, knowledge of Food Hygiene etc.
  • Ability to work flexibly across weekends, evenings, Bank Holidays and School Holidays
  • Supervisory skills
  • Experience of cash handling and tills, with knowledge of financial regulations
