The starting salary is £19,171 (Level One) rising to £19,945 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

As a Catering Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school kitchen and will provide general supervision of the preparation and serving of school meals.
   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Experience in preparing and cooking for large groups and effectively managing a kitchen team
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety law, health and safety regulations and their application in the kitchen
  • Ability to plan and organise menus, order supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels
