The starting salary is £18,672 (Level One) rising to £19,446 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers and equated pay for term time only).

As a Catering Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school kitchen and to provide general supervision in the preparation and serving of meals.
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Experience of effectively managing a kitchen team
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety law, Health and Safety regulations and their application in the kitchen
  • Ability to plan and organise menus, order supplies and and maintain apropriate stock levels
