The starting salary is £19,171 (Level One) rising to £19,945 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

The ideal candidate for this position will have a love of food and will demonstrate passion and flair when creating a variety of dishes and menus, the Catering Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and will provide general supervision in the preparation and serving of meals.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience of effectively managing a kitchen team
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety law, Health and Safety regulations and their application in the kitchen
• Ability to plan and organise menus, order supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels
