The Trees provides high quality services  within residential, short stay and community Life choices settings in  Hinckley for Adults with Learning Disabilities We are seeking to recruit one Care Service Team Leader who is able to encourage a working culture based on respect dignity for those in need of care and support. This will be achieved by promoting a value led service through supervision and day to day management to the support worker team.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience at a supervisory level in adult social care
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
• Experience in undertaking and developing support plans and risk assessments
