Contract Type: Fixed term for up to 5 months - 29.6 hours per week  
           
The starting salary is £29,577 pro rota (Level One) rising to £31,346  pro rota (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

Please see the CAMHS Practitioner Level 2 Job Description as a guidance, this vacancy sits within CAMHS SHARP (Self-harm Awareness & Resource Project) and will be specifically supporting our City SPA (Single Point of Access) completing self-harm risk assessments and safety plans by virtual, telephone and face to face appointments. The SHARP service uses a prevention model and supports children and young people who are impacted by self-harm and suicidality. SHARP also offers support to front-line professionals within health, education, social care and the voluntary sector and also offers resources and guidance to parents/carers.
             
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Professional knowledge acquired through a degree level qualification in one of the following;
Clinical Psychology
Nursing
Counselling and Psychotherapy
Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Child Development
Social Care
Or other relevant clinical studies
