To ensure the capture and maintenance of high-quality information for the department and remain up to date with all software systems. To analyse, develop and provide management information to meet the requirements of the departmental services, partners and external agencies. it if vital to the future of the departmental services, partners and external agencies. It is vital to the future of the department that the post holder is flexible in taking on additional tasks, willing to offer help to employees and treats co-operation and support for colleagues as a top priority
• Recongnised Academic Qualification e.g. GCSE A levels
• NVQ 3 or equivalent in relevant area or equivalent level of experience
• Training in the use of ICT applications Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher PowerPoint Access etc.
• Commitment to continuing professional development
• Experience of working in a staff development and delivery of training
• Previous experience of collection and collation of data, performing calculations and writing reports
• Ability to engage, motivate and direct the efforts of others towards agreed departmental objectives
• Sustainable experience in the effective use of databases and Microsoft Office Pro Suite of software
• Two years of experience in operating a case management or database management system
• The ability to present information clear, accurate and literate format
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from a range of backgrounds
• The ability to perform effectively with competing pressures
• The ability to support others in their development of management information skills including IT based systems
• Care and concern for the accuracy of information
• Self-Motivated and dependable
• A flexible approach to working including out-of-hours and an ability and willingness to travel to various locations in a cost-efficient way
