The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execute telemarketing sales campaigns, enhancing customer awareness of ESPO as well as supporting the field sales team in covering all key geographical areas. Utilising telephone and digital delivery methods to work as part of the sales and marketing support team to establish new, and grow ESPO’s national customer base in the education sector.
Within this role you will be working within set KPI measurements, outcomes will be measured and plans will be adjusted in conjunction with the Sales Account Managers, Marketing Campaigns Manager and Digital Manager. Customer visits will be encouraged where appropriate and working as a third tier of the sales force will be recognised as a key component in ESPO’s customer facing operations.
 - Experience of working with large amounts of data to produce analysis and reports
 - Experience of working with Excel to produce reports, graphs & charts
 - Some experience of working within a sales/ commercial environment
 - Experience of handling customer queries on the telephone or by email
