The starting salary is £28221 (Level One) rising to £29909 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers).

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Business Analyst in Community Protection, to help assist in maximising value for money, financial probity and efficiency, effective financial and asset management, cost recovery and opportunities for commercialisation.
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Working/applied knowledge of tools and models for calculating fees/charges including LGA model, unit costing and bench marking
  • Ability to formulate realistic alternative fee scenarios
  • Knowledge of relevant financial processes and audit principles.
  • Strong IT skills, including high level proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence to challenge existing practice and breaches of inaccurate financial date
  • Ability to organise complex workload and work as part of a team, and work with minimum supervision.
