Contract Type: Fixed Term for up to 12 - 18 Months
   
As an Apprentice with I&T, you will have a fantastic opportunity to study and learn in a fast paced environment. The training we provide will be tailored to your individual needs and will be supported by the Corporate Learning and Development team. You will have the opportunity to develop in many key areas and will be able to provide day to day administrative support and transactional processing in our I&T Applications management team. Duties will include the processing of IT access requests, performing testing, and the implementation of changes to IT business systems.
    
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Education to GCSE Standard at Grades A-C for a minimum of 5 GCSE's
• Willingness to work towards an NVQ level 2 or 3
• Practical experience of using computers
• Able to demonstrate a flexible, innovative and positive approach
• Can communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong customer focus
• Numerate
• Basic ICT skills
• Good telephone manner
