Building Technician - Adaptations & Building Maintenance Team

To co-ordinate the delivery of internal building maintenance projects to corporate sites and external Schools and Academies and home place adaptations for a wide variety of customers across Leicestershire, working at multiple venues across the county when required by the Team Leader
     

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• NVQ Health & Safety or equivalent
• Trained to be competent & qualified to undertake works safely
• Experience in the operational delivery of Adaptations/Building Maintenance projects
• Working under pressure & problem solving, liaising with customers & dealing with complaints
• Working knowledge & understanding of good working practice, H&S at work Act, PUWER regulations
• Full Driving Licence
