Salary range £32,094 to £34,653 plus Market Premia
    
To ensure compliance with infrastructure approvals required for new development through section 38, 184, 219 and 278 processes of the Highways Act (1980), and to provide technical input on infrastructure matters relating to new development through the planning, and delivery processes.
   
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Working in an engineering setting, in relation to design, managment, maintenance or administrative processes
  • Engagement with customers, including attending and producing materials for meetings and exhibitions
  • Developing and working as part of a project team on civil engineering or highway maintenance projects
  • Dealing with issues relating to road adoptions under S38, access works (S184), Section 278 works within S219 APC's
