We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused person to join our Corporate Resources Business Support Services to take part in providing a high quality of service to customers.
  
You will be working primarily with the Records Hub section delivering the day to day Corporate Resources Records Hub Service, preparing and indexing files for onsite and offsite storage and preparing files for destruction and confidential disposal.
   
You will also carry out a range of administrative tasks that support the effective delivery of the and Corporate Resources Business Services as a whole. Tasks will include contributing to the administration of the Freedom of Information Requests and Complaints processes and also the ID and Car Parking systems.

You will be studying towards NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• GCSE's Grades 9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths and English or demonstrable Clerical/office experience, including filing/records maintenance
• Experience of working with customers Good knowledge of English Knowledge of filing practices and managing records
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and information security
• Able to recognise number and file sequences
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain information in key systems in accordance with expected standards
• Experience of working collaboratively across teams
• Good level of fitness with ability to lift and move files and boxes on and off shelves and in and out of stores.
