Information Services sits within the Corporate Services, Business Support Services Team, which provides a range of administrative support functions.  We are a friendly, positive and customer focused team looking to improve efficiency.
 
The Records Hub is part of the Information Services branch and works with teams throughout the organisation providing storage solutions for many of their physical files. 
 
Typically your daily responsibilities will be:
 
To prepare, index, review, delete, destroy or dispose of records as directed, ensuring high levels of accuracy and data quality.
 
Help to support the delivery of the Records Hub and other Information Services to the organisation.
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
  • NVQ level 2 Business Administration or 5 GCSE's A-C
  • Able to use Microsoft Applications
  • Understands confidentiality
  • Ability to do repetitive tasks and maintain good attention to detail
  • Mobility and fitness enough to carry bulky files and boxes
  • Flexible approach to work demands - willing to work across the wider team as demand requires.
